The Detailer is an important
member of the service team, responsible for the cleaning and presentation of
new and used vehicles on dealership property as well as the cleaning and
restoration of retail customer vehicles. This individual contributes to our impeccable Dealership image through
the presentation of vehicles that represent the Lexus brand.
Key Responsibilities:

Detail and
clean new, pre-owned, and guest vehicles to a high standard
·
Wash, wax,
polish, and vacuum vehicles, including interior shampooing and window cleaning
·
Clean
engine bays and use appropriate products for a lasting finish
·
Organize
and prioritize daily work to support efficiency and timely vehicle delivery
·
Maintain a
clean and well-presented service area and sales lot
·
Work
closely with Service, Sales, and other departments to coordinate vehicle
readiness
·
Identify
and report any cosmetic or safety concerns to the Service Manager
·
Ensure
vehicle keys are handled and stored securely at all times
·
Use tools
and equipment safely and report any safety concerns immediately
·
Support
team members and contribute to a positive team environment
·
Assist with
workflow coordination and other duties as required
What You Bring:
·
Experience
polishing luxury vehicles, including 3-stage wet sanding
·
Strong
eye for detail and a passion for high-quality results
·
Valid
driver’s licence with a clean abstract
·
Confident
driving both manual and automatic transmissions.
