Our dealership is open from Monday to Saturday, and the schedule for the position:
Mon-Fri | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
WHAT YOU GET TO DO!
Reporting to Service Manager, you will collaborate closely with our proficient technicians to deliver comprehensive and precise updates to our valued customers, ensuring they are well informed throughout the repair process.
Work with customers to understand their needs.
Work with customers to answer questions or concerns.
Ensure that customer vehicle are adequately cared for and keep the customer updated on the progress of their repairs.
Complete a follow up to ensure that customers have no additional questions about the repair of their vehicle.
Meticulous records and providing accurate, insightful reporting that enhances customer satisfaction and confidence in our services
Additional duties assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
1-2 years of customer service experience.
Service Advisor experience is considered an asset.
- Toyota experience is considered a strong asset.
The desire to provide a high level of customer service.
Ability to lift, lower, hold and carry up to 50 pounds.
Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
Self-motiving with excellent work ethic.
Loves a fast-paced environment.
A valid A class driver's license and a clean driving abstract.
