Our dealership is open from Monday to Saturday, and the schedule for the position:
Mon-Fri | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
WHAT YOU GET TO DO!
Reporting to Service Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, scheduling service appointments, following up on service inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer service experience in our car dealership's service department.
Respond to phone service appointments for customers including confirmation of services, costs, and parts orders.
Respond to guest complaints and ensure high guest satisfaction standards.
Ascertains automotive problems and services by listening to guest's description of symptoms, clarifying description of problems, checking vehicle maintenance records and examining service schedules.
Prepare the related quotes for customer service requests.
Inputs appointment requests describing symptoms, problems, and guest descriptions of issues as well as specific repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures from guests.
Respond to email appointment requests generated through the on-line booking system.
Continuously check voicemails and return customer appointment calls.
Coordinate shuttle service for customers.
Contact customers to inform them of safety recall campaigns relevant to their vehicles.
Ensure all callers receive prompt, impeccable customer service.
Carries out after service follow ups and promotes service facilities.
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business or automotive services is a plus
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
