Events Specialist
Charlesglen Toyota – Alberta's Celebration Destination, family-owned and operated, and one of the largest dealerships in Calgary is looking for dedicated and hard working individuals to join our Celebration Crew for the summer.

SCHEDULE:
This is a seasonal, part-time position. Events can be scheduled at any time, depending availability.
Mon-Sun | 7:00 am – 9:00 pm
WHAT YOU GET TO DO!
As an Operation Celebration Mission Specialist, you will represent
the company attending local events and charity functions providing a live
activation with our vehicle and trailer
- Represent Charlesglen Toyota as a
brand ambassador at community events, festivals, and charity functions
- Deliver an engaging, high-energy
live activation experience that reflects our “Celebration Destination”
culture
- Set up and tear down event
activations including trailer, tents, tables, mobile photo booth, prize
wheel, and yard games
- Operate the mobile photo booth,
assist guests, and print photos on-site
- Facilitate prize wheel
interactions and distribute promotional items
- Actively promote dealership
initiatives, events, and social media channels to the public
- Engage with event attendees in a
friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner
- Safely load and unload equipment
and supplies from the trailer
- Drive company vehicles and
operate a trailer (training provided as required)
- Maintain cleanliness,
organization, and full stock of the Operation Celebration trailer and
equipment
- Additional duties assigned
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
- Comfortable working outdoors in
various weather conditions.
- Ability to work long and flexible
shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Physically capable of heavy
lifting and repetitive setup/teardown duties
- Valid driver’s license with a
clean abstract
- Candidates must be at least 18
years of age to meet insurance requirements and to participate in certain
events where alcohol is served (e.g., golf tournaments).
- Experience towing a trailer is
considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal and
communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Self-motivated, reliable, and
able to work independently or as part of a team
