Lexus of Royal Oak is looking for a Journeyman Technician who brings
exceptional technical skills and a passion for delivering world-class service.
As a Journeyman Technician, you’ll be responsible for performing
accurate diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Lexus vehicles - and other
makes - with a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will
work closely with service advisors and your fellow technicians in a fast-paced,
team-oriented environment.
Key
Responsibilities:

Perform routine vehicle maintenance and advanced
repairs
·
Diagnose malfunctions and recommend appropriate
solutions
·
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify
required safety or service work
·
Perform test drives and ensure quality control
standards are met
·
Communicate findings and procedures clearly to
service advisors
·
Complete warranty documentation and repair orders
accurately
·
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work
environment
·
Stay up to date with Lexus training, vehicle
technologies, and service protocols
What You
Bring:
·
Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
·
Proven experience in mechanical diagnosis, service,
and repair
·
Ability to drive both manual and automatic
transmission vehicles
·
Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication
skills
·
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer
service
·
Willingness to continually learn and grow within a
luxury brand
·
Previous Lexus experience considered a strong asset
