The Delivery & Technology Specialist plays a
vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience at Lexus of Royal Oak
by providing in-depth vehicle orientations and personalized support. This
individual ensures that each guest is confident and comfortable with their new
Lexus, from initial delivery to post-purchase follow-up. With strong product
knowledge and a passion for technology, the specialist helps guests navigate
the features of their vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:

Present
Lexus vehicles and technology features in a clear, engaging, and informative
manner.
·
Assist
guests during vehicle deliveries and tailor the experience to meet their
individual needs.
·
Demonstrate
technical systems, dynamic features, and controls during vehicle handover.
·
Provide
post-delivery follow-up support to ensure guest satisfaction and ongoing
understanding of features.
·
Maintain
up-to-date knowledge of Lexus vehicles through continuous research and
training.
·
Respond to
and troubleshoot guest inquiries regarding vehicle technology.
·
Collaborate
with the Service Department to assist guests with technology concerns by
appointment.
·
Proactively
engage with showroom visitors to answer technology-related questions.
·
Support the
training of Service and dealership staff on new vehicle technology.
·
Perform
additional duties as assigned by management.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 annually, based on experience
- Comprehensive benefits package following successful completion of the three-month probation period
What You Bring:

Passion for
automotive technology and a strong desire to help others understand it.
·
Excellent
communication and presentation skills.
·
Strong
attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
·
Previous
experience in a customer-facing or technology-related role is an asset.
·
Confidence
in using mobile apps, in-vehicle systems, and troubleshooting technology
issues.
·
A proactive
and approachable attitude when engaging with guests.
·
Ability to
work collaboratively with multiple departments.
·
Valid
Alberta Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
·
Availability
to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
·
Professional
appearance and demeanor, consistent with a luxury brand environment.
