The Lot Attendant is an essential member
of the sales team, responsible for the presentation, movement, and maintenance
of all vehicles on dealership property, including dealer trades. This role
plays a key part in upholding the Lexus brand image through the professional
appearance of our inventory and grounds.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and
maintain strong interdepartmental relationships, liaising regularly with all
departments
·
Organize
and prioritize daily tasks to ensure efficiency and productivity
·
Register
and store vehicle keys accurately
·
Maintain a
clean, orderly, and visually appealing sales lot
·
Perform
light detailing and cleaning of vehicles as required
·
Coordinate
vehicle pick-up and drop-off for repairs on used vehicles
·
Assist with
dealer trades, pick-ups, and deliveries
·
Ensure all
vehicles are fueled and ready for display or delivery
·
Maintain
showroom cleanliness and lighting
·
Work in all
weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors
·
Empty
perimeter garbage bins at least once per week (more frequently if needed)
·
Assist with
grounds maintenance, including snow shoveling and ice salting
·
Complete
duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or management team
·
Check fuel
levels and mileage on all store demos weekly (every Friday)
·
Inspect new
vehicles upon arrival for scratches, dents, or other defects
·
Ensure all
showroom vehicles are connected to a trickle charger twice weekly (Wednesdays
and Saturdays)
·
Report any
new vehicle damage to the Sales Manager to arrange repairs at Concours
Collision Centre (Lexus Certified Collision Centre)
Compensation
- Salary Range: $38,000-$43,000 annually, based on experience
- Comprehensive benefits package following successful completion of the three-month probation period
What You Bring:

Friendly
and outgoing demeanor when interacting with customers and coworkers

Self-motivated
with the ability to work independently
·
High
school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
·
Comfortable
using email and basic computer functions
·
Ability
to operate a wide range of vehicles, both manual and automatic
·
Dependable,
detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
·
Excellent
customer service skills
·
Willingness
to comply with company policies and procedures
·
Valid
Alberta Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving record
·
Previous
dealership experience (preferred)
·
Willingness
and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
