Schedule:
- Mondays & Wednesdays | 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Every second Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

dealership, proudly located in Calgary’s vibrant Northwest Automall. As a

As Part-Time Concierge at Lexus of Royal Oak, you
are often the first point of contact for our guests - whether in person or over
the phone. You set the tone for a warm, welcoming, and exceptional guest
experience. Your role is essential in embodying our Lexus philosophy: anticipate
our guests' needs and treat them as you would a guest in your own home.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet all
guests warmly, professionally, and respectfully - whether in person or on the
phone.
·
Act as a
helpful first point of contact, directing guests or inquiries to the
appropriate team member or department.
·
Maintain a
working knowledge of dealership departments and staff responsibilities.
·
Build
positive relationships with team members to foster a collaborative work
culture.
·
Handle all
incoming calls efficiently and courteously, minimizing hold times and ensuring
messages are relayed accurately.
·
Monitor
showroom activity and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
·
Manage
filing and paperwork according to dealership procedures.
·
Use our CRM
system to assist with guest communication or follow-up as required.
·
Order and
distribute office supplies as requested.
·
Arrange
courier packages and internal deliveries.
·
Assist with
vehicle pick-up and payment processes during evening hours.
·
Celebrate
guest vehicle deliveries with an enthusiastic greeting.
·
Support the
Sales team and leadership with various tasks as needed.
What You Bring:
·
2+ years of
experience in customer service or hospitality
·
High school
diploma or equivalent
·
Strong
phone etiquette and communication skills
·
Comfortable
with computers and typing
·
Positive,
engaging personality with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service
·
Strong
interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
·
Self-motivated,
dependable, and detail-oriented
·
Valid
driver’s license and clean driving record
·
Being
bilingual is an asset but not required.
·
Flexibility
to adjust hours when needed is appreciated
