Schedule: Saturdays 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (with the potential to pick up some afternoon and evening shifts)

As our Barista, you will serve freshly prepared beverages and pastries to our guests while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. With each interaction, you help guests feel comfortable and cared for - whether you're chatting with them over coffee or offering support during their visit. Your role is essential in embodying our Lexus philosophy: anticipate our guests' needs and treat them as you would a guest in your own home.

Responsibilities include:

·         Preparing premium hot and cold beverages for our guests as part of our in-house Barista Service

·         Greeting guests with professionalism and warmth, ensuring every visit feels welcoming and memorable

·         Greet guests in the Service Lounge and offer them coffee, tea, or a refreshment while they wait

·         Maintaining high standards for presentation, cleanliness, health, and safety

·         Supporting the flow of the dealership with a calm, friendly demeanor, even during busy times

·         Anticipating guest needs and contributing to a positive team environment

·         Answering general inquiries and supporting the service team with phone calls as needed

·         Performing additional duties to assist the Guest Experience and Service teams

What You Bring:

·         A passion for creating outstanding guest experiences

·         A positive, friendly, and proactive approach to working with both guests and colleagues

·         Confident communicating with guests in a friendly, conversational manner to create a welcoming environment

·         The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

·         A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

·         Previous barista or hospitality experience is an asset but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
